
Shipping and Delivery Policy
We deliver through a third party service and in most cases can delivery to any location in UAE.(Except certain remote areas in Western UAE like Madinat Zayat, Ghayathi, Habshan, Al Mirfa, Ruwais, Al Dhannah City, Arad, Taraq, Kayyam, Sabkha, Al Khis etc)
Shipping Rates:
Aed 25, upto 5kg
Aed 5 extra for each additional kg.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:
If you would like a shipment to be delivered outside the UAE, you can contact us to get a costing quote.

Returns/Refunds Policy
We do not accept Returns and Refunds, unfortunately.
In case an order is cancelled from our end, due to non availability of the product or any other factors beyond our control, we will issue a full refund.
We accept requests for Returns subject to approval in cases such as defective, damaged or wrong product delivered. The process is subject to approval and hence may take 3-5 days for process completion, depending on the case in review. An equivalent replacement will be provided to the customer in this case.

Most of our outfits are Dry Clean only, Fast colors may run and we do not provide guarantee on color.

Exchange Policy
Although we do not encourage Exchange of goods once purchased, under valid circumstances, subject to approval. Tthe customer can request for a exchange within 48 hours of receiving the products, and any product of equal or higher value can be purchased, with payment of additional amount if any.

Important NOTE : Any claim for Exchange need to be registered latest within 48 hours of delivery.

Payments
We accept all Card Payments. Unfortunately, we have not yet activated Cash on Delivery, this service will be made available soon.
In case you require, we can also generate a payment link which can be fulfilled, before product dispatch. This can be coordinated with our Customer Care through Whatsapp.

Delivery Schedules
READY TO SHIP items will be delivered in 2-4 working days.

Most of our products are READY TO SHIP. However, there are some items which are made to order and hence will be available for delivery only after 2-3 weeks. The time required for Made to Order products are mentioned on each product listing.

Rescheduling of Deliveries
The customer will be contacted by the delivery agent, and in rare cases where they are unable to reach the customer to coordinate delivery, we will proceed to automatic rescheduling of the delivery and Customer Care will be keeping you informed on the same.

Out of Stock Products
Since we are a new business, we apologize that some of your favorite products may soon become OUT OF STOCK. But the good news is some of them can be reordered. If you wish to check on the same, you can just drop a line to our Customer Care Whatsapp with an image of the product or its SKU number.
